"Payment felt safe enough to me"
I don’t remember every little step of checkout, which is probably a good sign, but I do remember feeling like the payment part was secure. It went through without any issues, so no complaints from me.

"Order confirmation could be clearer"
I got my order confirmation email, but some of the details were a bit confusing. To be fair, the order did seem to go through, so it wasn’t a huge issue, but I think customers should be able to quickly understand what they ordered, the total, and the next steps without having to double-check everything

"I was expecting the hat to show up..."
I was expecting the hat to show up in decent shape, but it came crushed in the box. I sent photos to customer service and figured they’d get back to me fairly quickly, but it took a few days. In the end, they only offered a small discount, which felt a little underwhelming given the condition it arrived in. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but definitely more frustrating than I expected

I reached out to customer service about my order, and the replies were kinda vague. They did get back to me, but it felt like they didn’t really Read what I was asking. It took way longer than it should’ve to get things sorted out.

"Loyalty perks don’t really feel worth it"
I’ve ordered from sixersshop.com a few times because I like the team gear, but the loyalty perks and promo codes have been disappointing. Half the codes I try either don’t work or only apply to a tiny selection of stuff with a bunch of fine print. After ordering more than once, I thought there’d be better rewards or at least something that made me feel like coming back was worth it. The site itself is fine, but once I’ve paid, I kind of get this uneasy feeling like the “deals” weren’t really deals at all. It makes me a little less trusting about shopping there again.

I was in a bit of a rush and ready to grab a hoodie, but the shipping cost kind of stopped me. The price of the hoodie itself seemed fine, then I got to checkout and it was way more than I expected. At that point it just didn’t feel worth it. The site was easy enough to use, but the shipping really needs to be cheaper.

"Print faded way too soon"
The shirt fit fine and looked good when I first got it, but after just a few washes the print started cracking and fading. I washed it like normal, so I’m not really sure what happened there—seems like the print just wasn’t made to last. Kind of disappointing, especially for the price.

I was disappointed with how little there was to choose from. I went in expecting to find at least the basic stuff, but even that was missing. Like, give me a break, the selection was just way too limited.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered a hoodie expecting it to show up in about a week, since that’s usually the pattern I’ve seen with online orders like this. Instead, it took almost three weeks to arrive, which was frustrating.
The tracking was the weirdest part because it just stopped updating for days at a time. I kept checking it and trying to figure out if there was any pattern to the delays, but it was basically just silence. Customer service did reply, but it was mostly the standard “please wait” kind of response.
The hoodie itself was fine once it finally got here, so no issue with the actual item. But the long shipping time kind of spoiled the whole experience for me. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I knew I had a lot of extra time to wait

"Late delivery and barely any updates"
I ordered a hoodie about 3 weeks ago, assuming it would show up in a reasonable amount of time since it said it had shipped. But the tracking basically just sat there for days with no real movement, which made it feel like nobody actually knew where it was.
It was supposed to be a gift, so naturally I figured I’d at least get a useful update when I reached out, but customer service just sent the same copy-paste type response. It eventually arrived way too late, and I wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something by a certain date.

"Checkout Really Wanted to Make It a Whole Event"
I was just trying to buy a shirt, which apparently was asking a lot. The checkout kept throwing little issues at me, and my cart refreshed once so I had to add the item all over again. Super fun, love doing the same step twice for no reason. Payment did eventually go through, but it took way longer than it should have. Not the absolute worst shopping experience ever, but definitely annoying and nowhere near smooth.

"Exchange was more of a hassle than I expected"
I ordered a shirt from sixersshop.com and ended up needing a different size. Simple enough, right? Not really. The exchange instructions weren’t very clear, and I had to click around way more than I expected just to figure out what the next step was.

Customer service did get back to me eventually, but it wasn’t exactly quick, and the whole thing felt like I was piecing it together myself. It did get sorted in the end, so that’s good — but yeah, the exchange process was more annoying than it needed to be
